As members of a faith community we share and celebrate important life events together.
Baptism
We rejoice in welcoming siblings in Christ through the waters of baptism.
Confirmation
Confirmation is a time of intentional faith formation through the study of scripture, sacraments of Holy Baptism and Communion, and key teachings of the Lutheran expression of the Christian faith. Confirmation usually begins around 8th or 9th grade and is designed to lead the student to confirm their baptismal faith and affirm commitments parents made for them at the baptismal font. Confirmation marks the passage to becoming a full voting member of the congregation.
First Communion
At Trinity we celebrate an open communion table, meaning all are welcome to the table to receive Christ’s meal of grace in which he is truly present in the bread and wine. If you desire instruction about communion for yourself or child, please contact Pastor Jonette Blakney.
Weddings and Funerals
Weddings at Trinity are very beautiful. We encourage couples for whom a worship setting is their desire to enquire. We are not a venue, but a sanctuary.
